HEALTH CARE COMMITTEE:
The Health Care Committee of Standard College works towards promoting the health, hygiene, safety, and overall well-being of students and staff. The Committee organizes various health-related programmes, including health awareness campaigns, medical check-up camps, blood donation drives, mental health awareness activities, and wellness initiatives, in collaboration with healthcare professionals and organizations.It also promotes awareness about personal hygiene, sanitation, nutrition, healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, and preventive healthcare practices. Through these initiatives, the Committee encourages students and staff to adopt healthy habits and contributes towards maintaining a safe, hygienic, and health-conscious campus environment.

RESEARCH & PUBLICATION COMMITTEE:
The Research and Publication Committee of Standard College is dedicated to promoting a dynamic research environment by encouraging faculty and students to engage in innovative research and scholarly writing. It organizes seminars, workshops, conferences, and research-focused programs, supports collaborative academic initiatives, and upholds ethical research standards. Through these efforts, the Committee aims to improve research quality, foster academic excellence, and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of knowledge and society. Dr. N. Chandrashekhar Singh, IQAC Co-ordinator is the Convenor.
EXAMINATION CELL COMMITTEE:
The overall aim of Examination cell committee is to co-ordinate and conduct of Mid-term assessments, End examinations, University end examinations, Practical examinations, to refer cases of malpractice in the examination to the Principal for necessary action, to process the exam remuneration bills on time, to prepare course/program wise distribution of pass percentage and submit the same to the Principal of the college. T Ronel Singh., HOD & Assistant Professor, Department of Statistics is the Convenor of Examination Cell.
ADMISSION COMMITTEE:
The Admission Committee of Standard College is responsible for ensuring a transparent, fair, and efficient admission process in accordance with the guidelines of the Government of Manipur and Manipur University. The Committee oversees the entire admission procedure, including the publication of admission notices, verification of documents, counselling of applicants, preparation of merit lists, and completion of enrolment formalities. It also provides guidance to prospective students and parents, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free admission process while maintaining accuracy and transparency in all admission-related activities. H. Dorycanta is the Convenor.
ACADEMIC COMMITTEE:
The Academic Committee of Standard College is responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring the academic activities of the college. It works towards maintaining academic standards, ensuring effective implementation of the curriculum, improving teaching-learning practices, monitoring students’ academic progress and promoting innovative and student-centred approaches. The Committee also coordinates academic programmes, examinations, internal assessments, mentoring and other academic initiatives in consultation with the Heads of Departments and IQAC, thereby contributing to academic excellence and the overall development of the institution. H. Nabakanta Singh, HOD Department of Political Science is the Convenor and Dr. H. Dorykanta is the Co-Convenor of the Committee.
INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE CELL (IQAC):
The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system in pursuance of National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) guidelines for its action plan for performance evaluation, assessment & accreditation & quality up-gradation of institutions of higher education. Overall supervision relating to academic and infrastructure augmentation for obtaining higher grade from NAAC accreditation and assessment is done by a decision of IQAC with due consultation of the HODs and other stakeholders regularly. The 2nd Cycle of NAAC has endowed the College with B-Grade (CGPA-2.33) in 2022.Dr. N. Chandrashekhar Singh, HOD and Assistant Professor, Department of Geography is the IQAC Co-ordinator of the college.
